Mission: Through the use of combat sports, we develop student leaders who create healthy change for families and communities, bringing transformation to Washington DC, and beyond.

We practice Taekwondo and Self-Defense. Students focus on techniques such as punches, kicks, blocks, and strikes. Our classes include forms, sparring, and self-defense, instilling discipline, confidence, and focus that will empower you through all aspects of life!

Using our 3-D Model, we instill Discipline, Personal Growth, and leadership development through intentional discipline with all our students. Each class concludes with a focused Bible study or an emotional wellness check-in, fostering both mental and spiritual growth.
